Noni Powder

DESCRIPTION:

Noni is a quite a durable tropical tree from South East Asia. Normally, in Taiwan, the ripe, cheesy scented fruit is consumed in beverages. The fruit is also sold as a very nutritious powder. Most of the plant is eaten as seeds may be roasted and fresh leaves are used in Thailand in many dishes including salads.

Cheesy, slightly sour. The more ripe the fruit gets, the "stinkier" it gets. We harvest our fruit right at the point they begin to ripen, avoiding the strong aroma.
