DESCRIPTION:

Nasturtium is an exceptional addition to fresh leafy green dishes such as salads and burger and garnished dishes. Nasturtium has a spicy flavor to it that lends well as a mixed ingredient to many different cuisines. Both the leaves and flowers are used. Leaves are fleshy and slightly succulent with a unique spicy green twist. Flowers come in colors from yellows, oranges, reds to pinkish tones. Suitable fresh in many dishes and dried in herbals teas.
