Licorice mint is a name for 2 mints from the same genus. A. rugosa also goes by the name Korean mint, superior licorice mint and sometimes confused with the other species, Agastache foeniculum, anise hyssop. This perennial herb produces lots of very fragrant foliage used mostly for flavoring beverages, oils and vinegars. Also used in baking and ice cream, this versatile herb might even be used fresh in your next salad.
