This awesome gravy recipe comes from my home country in Canada where we would eat it on special occasions with turkey, roast beef, mashed potatoes and other Canadian favorites. This herbal blend is ideally suited for warm, hearty home cooked meals that will bring out the best in the meat and vegetables it is served with.

How to prepare Victorian Gravy Herb Blend

- Slice 1/2-1 onion into a pot with 25g hot butter. Caramelize.

- Add 20ml red wine vinegar, 3g Victorian Gravy Herbs, stir well.

- Add 400ml broth (Chicken, Beef or Vegetable).

- Optional: Add drippings.

- Simmer for 40 mins on low heat.

- Thicken gravy by slowly adding up to 25g of flour. Stir well.

- Salt and Pepper to taste.
