Our eggplants are slightly tart, sweet and sour. Perfecty matched for seafood curries, pies, jams, marmalades, sweets and so on. Ideally suited for anything needing a meaty vegetable in a sweet or sour type dish. Fruits are around the size of a tennis ball and are best used very ripe.
