This interesting herb is not often seen outside of Taiwan, and isn’t often known about within Taiwan. It is by far one of the loveliest aromatic herbs we have to offer. But this heavenly aroma comes with a catch. They are covered all over with near armor piercing spines, giving cactus a run for their money. Due to the preparation work involved this herb is often used in local family cooking, special events or expensive restaurants. We are working on developing a way to introduce this amazing herb to the world, in a much friendlier, less spine infused manner.
