Our Saigon Cinnamon powder is some of the most aromatic of cinnamons. A small pinch goes a very long way. Powder is ground after an intensive peeling and cleaning process followed by drying in our driers to extremely low moisture content. Part of the reason our cinnamon powder lasts longer is in the slow drying procedure to get it fully dried without compromising the flavor.
This species of cinnamon with its strong sweet flavor is best suited for beverages, sweets, baking and the like. Sweeter styled curries such as those in Japan & Taiwan are very well suited for this cinnamon.
