Curry: Curry sauces, excellent with oil & water based curry as well as coconut cream curry.
Sauce: Add some vegetable oil and stir well until a good consistency. Follow by adding salt to taste. A little vinegar or lemon juice can be added for flame grilled and pan fried meats.
Marinade: Add some lemon juice and salt to taste and marinade various meats. Ideal for chicken, also suitable for beef, pork and firmer fish with little "fishy" flavor.
Seasoning: Can be used as a spicy light seasoning on many foods, especially suited for white meats such as chicken and similar vegetables such as mushrooms.
